The Cardinals scored the winning run on a walk-off suicide squeeze bunt to defeat the Eagles.
Middleton scored three runs, all with no outs, in the bottom of the seventh to complete the comeback. Drew Finley-Haag and Brennan Schmitt each had two hits. Middleton outhit Sauk Prairie 10-4.
Connor Leister struck out six for the Eagles.
