In a game of giant numbers Monday night, the Beloit Turner boys basketball team edged Marshall by the smallest of margins.
Alec Fruin sank a free throw with seven seconds remaining to give Turner a 77-76 victory over visiting Marshall in non-conference play.
Fruin finished with 38 points, teammate Nacio Villareal added 33 and the rest of the Turner lineup provided only six points.
But it was Marshall's Reece Leistikow who earned the honor of the game's top scorer, scoring 21 of his 39 points in the second half.
Leistikow made seven of his final eight free throws after missing his first four, as Marshall made just eight of 18 free throws on the night. Adam Wehking added 16 points and Brock Riege 13 for Marshall.
