Josh Swanson threw a pair of touchdown passes and added another score on the ground to lead the Pirates (8-2) over the visiting Eagles (8-2).
Following a 1-yard rushing touchdown from Jefferson's Evan Anfang in the first quarter, Pewaukee scored the next 21 unanswered.
Seth Bickett tallied three total touchdowns for the Pirates, including a 15-yard run to put the hosts ahead 41-14 in the fourth quarter.
